Peloton: Why I Love My Bike #TogetherWeGoFar

Hey boo! - Cody Rigsby, right before slaying a Britney Spears ride.

For those of you who are new here, Richie gifted me a Peloton bike last Christmas and oh my goodness, was it one of the best things to come into my life! *Especially hindsight 2020* I fell in love with spinning during my college years and even more after moving to NYC - religiously finding myself at SoulCycle Bryant Park & East 54th Street. Fast forward to being engaged and doing my best to save money for our wedding & honeymoon, paying $35+ per class didn’t seem like the smartest financial move. Little did I know, Richie had a surprise up his sleeve that would bring my favorite type of workout directly to my living room.

Back up, aren’t Peloton bikes expensive?

The short answer, yes, but Peloton actually offers a range of financing options to help fit your needs, making payments as low as $49 a month! In addition to that, many companies {at least in NYC} give incentives for having gym memberships - including at-home gyms or subscriptions! Richie did a ton of research & with the average group fitness class costing $30, in the long run, we actually save money owning a Peloton! PLUS there are no limitations to the amount of classes I can take in a day or month, I can opt into ‘on-demand’ or live classes, and as a bike owner, I have unlimited access to other workouts on the Peloton app.

What classes are offered on the Peloton app?

The real question is what classes are not offered - from yoga to boot-camp sweat sessions to meditation to guided runs - the app will not disappoint. Skeptical if you’d use it? Try it for FREE for 30 days.

Ok, I’m interested! What’s your favorite thing about being a part of the Peloton family?

No doubt the #OnePeloton community, but it’s so much more than that. I love group fitness classes, but I also love the freedom to work out on my time. Being a part of the Peloton family gives me the best of both worlds! No more late cancelation fees. No more rushing to make the 6:30p class. Instead, I clip-in when I have a free pocket of time, even if it’s only 15 minutes - no sign-up necessary! One of my favorite bike features is filtering the type of class I’d like to take. Class lengths vary from 5 minutes to 90 minutes with a whole range of music genres available {there are even special themed classes (!!!) *I can’t recommend the Hamilton + Greatest Showman rides enough}. In addition to all that good stuff, I love knowing that when I clip-in, thousands of other people across the globe are riding right by my side. I can give high-fives & have friendly competition with other riders - almost like being in a studio class!

This sounds greats - I’m in! See you on the road!

Wait! Don’t go just yet…at least not without this discount code for $100 off of Peloton apparel + accessories! Happiness in your wallet: TSESZN.
